All of our customer’s fleets are managed by a dedicated Service Engineer. We provide our customers with a refrigeration unit service planner for the year (View Sample Service Schedule), which will indicate when a vehicle is due for a service and what type of service.  The planner is also available to view through the customer login on our website.

The service controller will contact the customer when the units are due for service and arrange for one of our engineers to attend site and to carry out the work, this enables our customers to concentrate on other areas of their business with the knowledge that their units are is being managed by an industry professional.

Any customer breakdowns reported will be managed by the service controllers, they will direct the work from the initial report of the breakdown and they will follow it through to completion of the work and will then inform the customer that the work is completed.  The work undertaken is then reviewed by a senior engineer as part of our quality control process, before the invoice is produced for the customer.
